You buy the sauna – it is your property from day one.
We operate and market
NorthSauna handles everything: marketing, booking, maintenance and customer contact.
Split the profits 50/50
20% goes to operations, the rest is split 50/50. Your share (40%) is paid directly to your account.

NorthSauna offers a partnership where you own the sauna , while we take care of operations, marketing and maintenance .
You invest in the sauna – we ensure that it is used, visible and profitable.
Once the sauna is delivered, NorthSauna handles all the practicalities:
- Marketing and booking
- Maintenance and customer management
- Follow-up and service
Revenue model
Part of the revenue goes to cover operations, maintenance, marketing and space rental so that the concept is kept professional and profitable over time.
The remaining profit is divided equally between the parties, and your share is paid monthly directly to your account.
The agreement lasts for 5 years , and the sauna is your property both during and after the agreement period.
NorthSauna acts as your operating partner , so you are relieved of all the hassle of marketing, customer service and maintenance.
You also don't need to provide your own plot of land – we will find suitable places for rent .
Together we are building a profitable and sustainable network of saunas across the country – a concept that allows you to own, share and earn.
Agreement and ownership
- The agreement lasts for 5 years and can be renewed at the request of both parties .
- The sauna is your property both during and after the contract period.
- NorthSauna acts as your operating partner – you let go of all the management
- We find rental space and location for you – you don't need to use your own land.
- Should you wish to sell the sauna before or after the contract period, NorthSauna can offer buyback or assist with resale .
