2. Size and options
We will go through the desired size, oven, finish and other customizations together. You will then receive a clear price and delivery schedule.
3. Signed order
Once everything is ready, an order agreement is signed with warranty, shipping and terms. Then we handle the rest – safely and professionally.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ensure that the sauna is delivered as agreed – either fully assembled or as a flat-packed kit, ready for assembly.
